Small group personal training sessions designed to help you progress on your fitness journey with the support of a friendly team of 2-5 individuals.
Sessions are held every week and are 60 minutes long, which includes a warm-up, training and a cool-down to reduce soreness and prevent injury.
You can track your progress through our app and join our monthly webinars to celebrate and share all your achievements.

From complete beginners to those with more experience, Valkyrie is designed to help you progress with the support of a friendly group. Not everyone is comfortable with 1-2-1 personal training, so this allows you to build confidence and improve your fitness with less pressure or spotlight.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long are group training sessions?
Each group session will last 1 hour, which will include a warm-up and cool-down before and after to support recovery.
How many people are in each group?
Each group will range between 2 and 5 individuals, meaning you can bring a friend or two if the group is small enough!
Do I need a gym membership?
Yes, you will need a membership for PureGym Banbury Cross Retail Park. For all online coaching or mobile PT, a gym membership is not necessary unless you are looking to train from there outside of our sessions.
What should I bring to each session?
Just bring yourself, a drink and wear comfortable, breathable clothes. It wouldn't be a bad idea to bring a small towel or a post-workout snack with you too.
