A Little Bit About Me
Hi! I'm Steph and I am a qualified personal trainer.
I found myself in and out of fitness for most of my life, as a child I did karate, played football, netball and hockey. I found myself on the opposite side in my teen years not doing much and then dabbled in fitness again through university.
I found myself in love with the gym and training in around 2017, going through major life changes the gym gave me a place for my thoughts and a positive outlet for my energy. I decided to start a Personal Training qualification in January 2020.
Then boom COVID hit! I continued to work through my qualification at home and worked out from the bedroom of my mum's house with whatever equipment i could get my hands on.
I finally qualified in 2021 and started my online coaching business.
As a trainer I know that life happens and priorities change but I truly believe that there is room for health and fitness in everyone's lives in one way or another and you don't need to be in the gym 6 hours a day to improve your health!
My coaching style takes into account the time and energy you have in your busy life, I don't expect perfectionism only dedication to yourself and your goals.
So if you are looking for a trainer who can empathise and support you in achieving your goals no matter how big or small, then you may have found your woman.
I can provide 1-2-1 training out of PureGym Banbury as well as bespoke online coaching plans with nutrition guidance and regular check ins.
