How 1-2-1 Personal Training Works

I currently work out of PureGym Banbury. In order to have 1-2-1 sessions with me in the gym you will need to be a PureGym member, however I offer 1-2-1 mobile personal training at your home.​

Prior to any 1-2-1 training you will receive a free consultation, however, if you would like a consultation prior to purchasing a plan you can book or use our contact form below.

We will discuss suitable days and times for your training sessions in your consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are 1-2-1 PT sessions?

PT sessions last 1 hour and include a warm-up, physical training and then a cool-down to prevent injuries.

What do I need to bring to a PT session?

Everything is provided for you at the gym in terms of equipment. Be sure to bring a drink with you, along with a small snack like a protein bar for when we finish.

You probably already know this, but wear comfortable and breathable clothing, a towel can come in handy too!

How is my progress tracked and measured?

Everything is logged on a tailored app, in which you can upload your progress and food. We can discuss your progress and make any adjustments needed to help support your fitness goals.

Can I contact you if I have any questions?

Of course! Once you're signed up, you will have access to a bespoke app which you can message me with any questions or concerns while along your journey.
