Frequently Asked Questions

How long are personal training sessions?

Each 1-2-1 session will last 1 hour, which will include a warm-up and cool-down before and after to support recovery.

Do you coach strength training?

Yes I do! And it's one of my specialties alongside weight-loss and toning. We can have a chat about your strength and conditioning goals during your consultation.

Do I need a gym membership?

For 1-2-1 personal training, you will need a membership for PureGym Banbury Cross Retail Park. For all online coaching or mobile PT, a gym membership is not necessary unless you are looking to train from there outside of our sessions.

What should I bring to my PT sessions?

Just bring yourself, a drink and wear comfortable, breathable clothes. It wouldn't be a bad idea to bring a small towel or a post-workout snack with you too.
