What gym do you coach from?
All of my one to one coaching sessions are held at PureGym Banbury Cross. Mobile sessions can be done anywhere.
What is strength training?
Strength training builds muscle, strength, and endurance using resistance like weights or bodyweight exercises. It boosts metabolism, bone density, and creates a toned physique. Strength training is crucial for women of all ages to maintain overall health and fitness.
What is cardiovascular training?
Cardio training, like running or cycling, elevates heart rate to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, and increase endurance. It reduces the risk of heart disease, lowers blood pressure, and aids in weight management. Regular cardio exercise is essential for optimal health and wellness.
What do I bring to my pt sessions?
All of the equipment will be provided for you at the gym, but I would advise you to bring a drink with you, along with a small snack like a protein bar for when we finish.
Be sure to wear comfortable and breathable clothing, shorts or leggings, a top and some comfortable trainers.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Don't worry, sometimes life gets in the way and we need to move some things around! To reschedule an upcoming session, please give at least 24 hours notice and we can arrange a more convenient time and day for you.
How do you track my progress?
Everything is logged on a tailored app, in which you can upload your progress and food. We can discuss your progress and make any adjustments needed to help support your fitness goals.
How long are PT sessions?
Each session lasts 60 minutes which will include a warm-up, training and then a cool-down to help prevent any injuries during recovery.
